A message dated May 11, 1993, was received stating the Senate has              
passed:                                                                        
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 124(FIN)                                                
"An Act establishing capital project matching grant programs for              
municipalities and unincorporated communities; and providing for               
an effective date."                                                            
                                                                               
with the following amendment:                                                  
                                                                               
SCS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 124(FIN) am S                                   
	(same title)                                                                  
                                                                               
Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the             
House consider the Senate message on CSHB 124(FIN) and SCS                     
CSHB 124(FIN) am S at this time.                                               
                                                                               
There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                   
                                                                               
Representative Phillips moved that the House concur in the Senate              
amendment to CSHB 124(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHB 124(FIN)                    
am S, and recommended that the members vote yes.

roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the        
effective date clause.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.

enrollment.
